Lehi Fire Station 84

SIRQ Construction partnered with the City of Lehi to deliver Fire Station 84, a modern 17,000 square foot facility built to support the city’s growing emergency response needs.

The station features a four-lane apparatus bay to house fire trucks and ambulances, nine firefighter dorm rooms with dedicated restroom facilities, a fully equipped exercise and fitness room, and a flexible day room, kitchen, and dining area. A 25–30 person training and meeting room enhances operational readiness, while support spaces, tool storage, and a barbecue and patio area create a functional and efficient environment for firefighters.

Architecturally, Fire Station 84 highlights a modern design centered around glass, natural light, and open spaces. A key interior feature, the “Wall of Action” hallway, honors the history and service of the Lehi Fire Department. A small mezzanine accessed from the apparatus bay provides additional operational flexibility.

Through innovative design and high-quality construction, SIRQ delivered a durable, future-ready fire station that strengthens emergency services in one of Utah’s fastest-growing communities.
